I read it myself. Reading is I thought like "is it just me or actually getting one of these jobs is actually harder than getting an actual "drive" on one of the team's cars?" I mean talk about sending in your resume!?! You really think people will read that?!? You gotta *know* someone first! That's the best resume! And then send that someone (you're sending your resume now) to speak highly of you to the right people. F1 is not a democracy and not anyone goes there and it is most certainly not a fair game either. But enough with the negative talk. Still, I can't stop to think that maybe the reason some teams have these "jobs@jordanf1.com" email addresses is to channel away the huge spam-like flood of CVs the fans are sending in on the official front door (contact@jordanf1,com).
