FIA/AMD 2006 survey

June 25th, 2006

Max Mosley, FIA President said, “The first FIA/AMD survey was enormously helpful for us as we developed the regulations for the sport in 2008 and beyond.”

Very helpful indeed as Max completely ignored the wishes of the majority of fans last time out. But sure we might as well try again. The survey is here:

i encourage everyone to take the survey, even if it is a little bit long. although Mosely the idiot is probably too dumb to notice any of the information which results, maybe his successor will (if there ever is one).

I wish they asked the name of the broadcaster. I am in Canada and got saddled with the pitifull TSN coverage. I am VERY happy with the Speed coverage from the US.

I am VERY happy with the Speed coverage from the US.

    Why?

Granted Speed TV’s coverage is a step up from the horroeshow that is TSN, but why wouldn’t you choose ITV’s coverage. Martin Brundle and co. are actually at the track and furthermore, Brundle is able to read the race.

Because ITV have James Allen - and he’s completely useless.
From my limited exposure to SpeedTV’s coverage I’d much prefer it.

Ahh, yes, I know what you mean. I suppose everyone has their issues with Allen and mine is his inability to pronounce the word sixth. He says “si”. It’s irritating.

    Wonder if Murray is available.

The only overtaking seen today in F 1 is during the pit stops. Make refuelling ilegal.Allow only one set of new tyres per race.Less electronic aids for the the drivers .F 1 has become BORING ! Make it interesting again or you ´re going to loose more and more viewers and sponsors.Best regards.Ronald Neves .
